What platform do you use for your sessions?

I use the Zoom platform in preference to others as it is more secure and has better stability. You won't need to download anything to your device - to join the session, you just have to click on the link in your appointment email.

What do you do with my information?

I do not take notes from our initial meeting so if we choose not to work together, I will delete any contact details I may have such as email or phone number.  If we work together, I provide clear information about the data I am required to keep.

How do you accept payment?

Payment is due in advance, via BACS (bank transfer). All details will be sent if after your initial assessment session you decide you'd like us to work together.

Something has come up, can I cancel my session?

Yes of course, but please try to give as much notice as possible. Less than 24 hours and the full fee may be payable.
